The context & the challenges
Before our collaboration, Sophie's WordPress website, as an osteopath in Orléans, resembled a technical document more than the gentle and personalized experience she offers at her practice.
The outdated design didn't reflect her thirty years of experience, the mobile navigation lacked fluidity, and the online appointment booking system left her patients hesitant.

The result
Sophie now receives appointment requests from patients who "already feel confident from their first visit to the site." She spends less time on the phone and more time serving her patients: her digital presence works for her, smoothly and effectively.
